Yep basically no exercise. Just normal day to day activity. I’m buying an elliptical trainer this week and starting hot yoga again to further my weight loss. But no I just ate right. And I made my portions smaller. But my body is just balancing itself out from all the weight I gained.

Hi Hun! Oh wow! I’m actually a model, but I do real size or curve, whatever you want to call it. Over the past 2 years I’ve had to lose and gain weight like crazy for work! But I’ve always been unhappy being on the bigger side, I’m sorry to say I’m not one of those plus size models who thinks bigger is better, I’ve seen many girls on the bigger side of the spectrum being really unhealthy, overrating etc. sorry! Going off on a tangent! I went to London for 4 months for modelling and gained a lot of weight! Mainly because I was living with my boyfriend and he has a terrible diet. We also partied a lot, and I experimented with drugs for the first time, I also did cocaine, and it had a terrible negative effect on me. I reacted completely opposite to it, like I got very antisocial, and emotional and I just wanted to eat when I was on it. It also caused me to get a lot of panic attacks etc and that just made me eat more bad stuff. But as soon as I came home to Cape Town I went to go see a homeopath, and told him everything! He put me on a test to see what foods I’m sensitive too, so I had to cut out dairy, wheat, salmon, red meat, soy, tapioca, etc etc. every person has different things they’re allergic too. So I cut All of it out 80% of the time. I’m not not going to have somethibg if I want it. I also started eating smarter, instead of milk ill use rice milk etc. there are lots of alternatives out there! It really isn’t difficult. The doctor also gave me omega 3,6,9, magnesium, probiotic and milk thistle and dandelion supplements. I drink warm water with lemon every morning. And I track my food intake on MyNetDiary on my iPhone. Let me know if you have any more questions xx
